User interview recruitment that feels like stories, not surveys.

Why it exists
Every product idea I want to validate needs the same raw material: conversations with real users. Recruiting interviewees usually means a form, and a form is where enthusiasm goes to die. The people I most want to hear from are young, mobile first, and allergic to surveys. The recruitment flow itself was filtering out the audience.
What it is
A full screen, tappable, one question per card sign-up flow. The grammar of Instagram stories, borrowed for research. Every field that did not earn its place got cut. The flow asks only what an interview actually requires.
Where it stands
Live at yappass.vercel.app with a public repo. I am using it to recruit interviews that feed the next products.
What it taught me
Distribution problems are design problems. If users will not enter the funnel, the funnel is the product.
