HARDIK SINGH

Trained in service.

Hospitality school, retail floors, enterprise software. An unusual route into product that turned out to be the point.

I studied hospitality at IHM Lucknow. Before software I worked retail operations at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail. Real floors, real customers, real Saturdays. It is a strange resume for product until you notice what those jobs actually train: reading the person in front of you, sequencing work under pressure, and caring about details nobody thanks you for.

At Tricon Infotech I have gone from product analyst to product manager in a little over two years of enterprise SaaS. I kept an HRMS with 125+ customers steady through its acquisition, reconciled a $31.4M revenue shortfall for a 700+ hospital network and now lead the product work closing the leak, co-led accessibility remediation to WCAG 2.2 AA, and scrum mastered a 25 person AI initiative.

Now I am doing the founder's apprenticeship in public. Shipping small products like Yap Pass, recruiting real users, and writing down every decision. The goal is not a portfolio. It is a body of evidence.
