Where it stands
TEOS is early and I am keeping this page honest. Before writing serious code I am validating the problem through user interviews, many of them recruited through Yap Pass. This page will grow as decisions get made: research notes first, then scope, then a build log.
Why this one
Engineering teams generate enormous knowledge and lose most of it. I want to find out whether that is a real, paying problem or a familiar complaint people will not pay to fix. The interviews will decide.
