Trust is the product

Two years in payroll software taught me a definition of quality that no framework did. In payroll there is no such thing as mostly correct. A payslip is right or it is a support fire, and every fire burns a little trust that features cannot buy back. So the roadmap question was never what would impress a buyer. It was what keeps the promise we already made. I now look at every product through that lens. Find the promise. Protect it before you decorate it.
